Stylequeen is part of Siena, a well established fashion retail business based in Lancaster.
For over 10 years Siena has brought some seriously stylish fashion to the high street in Lancaster . Catering for both men and women, Siena’s ethos is to bring a very individual look to its customers.
Over the years the fashion accessories and jewellery side of the business has grown and in 2006 we decided to launch an online shop – Stylequeen - dedicated solely to fashion accessories.
We are authorised stockists of all the products we sell and all our stock is current season stock only.
As well as our well known brands such as Fiorelli, Birkenstock, Rocket Dog , we aim to feature some one-off designs from individual designers, particularly jewellery, so watch out for these exclusive pieces.
We aim to keep Stylequeen exciting and fresh, so as new products arrive throughout the season we will add them to the site, so keep checking what’s new.

Stylequeen accepts all major
credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and American Express
through our payment service provider Protx .
All credit card details are secured with 128-bit encrypted sessions and all
sensitive information is stored on a heavily encrypted database that is
protected by multiple government approved firewalls.
Delivery
As our items are usually in stock, we usually process your order within 1-2
working days. In the event that we have experienced an unusually high demand for
an item which delays delivery, we will email you with a revised delivery date or
the option to cancel your order.
UK Delivery (Including Guernsey & Jersey)
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class postal service and are charged
at £2
Delivery To Europe
All orders to any european country are charged at £6. Goods require a signature
on delivery. Delivery is usually within 5 - 7 working days. Orders are carried
out in sterling and you will be charged in sterling which means the amount you
pay will depend on the exchange at the time your order is processed. Please
note: we are only able to deliver to the credit card holders billing address
Delivery To Australia, Canada, New Zealand & USA :
All orders to the above countries are charged at £7.50 and will require a
signature on receipt of the goods. Delivery is usually within 7 - 10 working
days. Orders are carried out in sterling and you will be charged in sterling
which means the amount you pay will depend on the exchange rate at the time your
order is processed. Orders may be subject to local taxes & import charges in
certain countries which must be borne by you. Please note: we are only able
to deliver to the credit card holders billing address and cannot accept any
orders to an alternative delivery address outside of the UK .
Tax Charges
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Returns Policy
Stylequeen maintains an 8 day
returns policy. Should you decide that you are not satisfied with your order, we
will accept the return of unwanted goods and will refund the full price
(excluding postage charges) as long as they are returned to us within 8 working
days of delivery. Some items are tagged - Please do not remove the tag until you
are sure you want to keep the goods. We are unable to accept the return of goods
where the tag has been removed. You are responsible for returning any unwanted
goods to us. The item/s must be returned in the condition in which they were
received - unworn, unused and in their original packaging. We will not refund
any goods that have been worn or arrive back to us in any other condition than
in which they were received.
Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number
to ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible.
It is always in the customer's interest to retain proof of postage as they are
responsible for the goods until they arrive at Stylequeen
For hygienic reasons, we have a strict no returns policy on all pierced
earrings including sets which include pierced earrings.

Faulty Goods
Our products are thoroughly checked by our manufacturer and by us to ensure
customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty, you
should contact us at info@stylequeen.co.uk and return the faulty goods within 8 working days of delivery. Please remember
to include your name, address, telephone number, order number, a brief
explanation of the fault and whether you require a replacement or refund. If a
replacement is unavailable we will automatically issue a refund for the total
costs of the goods including postage costs.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged in transit, please
contact us immediately at info@stylequeen.co.uk and return the goods to us within 8 working days of delivery. Please remember to
include your name, address, telephone number and order number. We will replace
any damaged goods free of charge.

Lost Goods
Please contact us if you have not received your goods within 7 days of placing
your order at info@stylequeen.co.uk.
We will take up the matter with Royal Mail to rectify the situation.

this helps us to continually improve our service. Occasionally we may email you
